Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her guidance and determination to enhancing South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) providers throughout an engagement along with the agency's senior administrators in a strategic scheduling session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the numerous social grant beneficiaries, who excelled during the 2024 matric final exams.
Of your 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% in the registered pupils during the education and learning sector.
These learners realized a commendable pass rate of 86%.
